RETURN POLICY

At Radical Elite, we strive to provide our customers with premium accessories and the best shopping experience. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Return Eligibility:

• You may return eligible products within 14 days of the item arrival date.
• To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging with all tags and labels intact.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Custom-made or personalized items
• Items marked as final sale

How to Initiate a Return:

2. We will provide you with instructions for the return, including the return address

Return Shipping:

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except in the case of a defective or damaged product.
• A return label will be emailed to you and shipping cost deducted from the refund.

Refunds:

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days.
• The refund will be issued in the original payment method.

Exchanges:

Damaged or Defective Items:

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.
